Ian's the heartbreaker and pervert of Top Hats 'R' Us, and happens to be the most flustering character in the group. He's often outrageously forward, making lewd comments and allowing his hands to roam all over people. At other times, however rare they are, he can adopt a terribly solemn and serious disposition. These moments seem so out of character for him that it often makes others feel uncomfortable around him. His darker skin often catches others off guard, considering the whole group lives in New Jersey; what most don't realize is that up until a year and a half ago, Ian lived in California. He was a typical surfer boy until he moved to NJ and realized that he wouldn't be able to keep up with that hobby. He still goes back to California for a week every three months.
